Between Friends too does not believe in animal testing of any kind. Our products have not been tested on animals. We rescue and donate to the care and rehabilitation of abused and unwanted animals.
Between Friends too believes in leaving as light of a foot print on the environment as possible, we strive to be an environment friendly company.
Ordering
At Between Friends Too we have no minimum dollar amount to buy. Prices may change without
notice. Our standard shipping is Fedex. We normally ship within 48-72 hours of receiving orders
excluding weekends. There may be a delay on certain products and during the winter season. All
funds are in US dollars.

Return Policy
Between Friends Too are wholesale suppliers and thus all sales are final.
No Exceptions. Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept
any returns, as we would not be able to guarantee the quality and purity
of returned products to our customers. Please feel free to contact us for
samples before purchasing. Defective/damaged product will be replaced with
the identical item upon the return of defective/damaged product. Call for
return order number. We will not be responsible for items returned without
prior return order number. Items returned without an approved return order
number will be refused.
Note: Once return order number is given, product must be returned within
10 business days. After that time the product will no longer be accepted
and sale will be final.
Out of Stock Products
We do occasionally run out of an item. In the event we do, we will ship
the order minus the out of stock item and adjust it accordingly on the invoice.
The customer may request the item be back ordered and the back order will
not be charged until shipped. Unless requested by the customer to do so.
Shipping will be charged accordingly.
Shipping Options
Fedex*: Orders inside the continental U.S. are shipped FOB Olympia, WA, via Fedex ground-trac
unless otherwise indicated. Fedex Next day and 2 day are available at an additional
charge
U.S. Postal Service: Orders originating outside the continental U.S. are
shipped U.S.. Postal Service. Canadian orders are shipped via Air Parcel
Post unless requested otherwise, extra charges apply if necessary. All other
Foreign orders are shipped via International Express Mail. Customer is responsible
for any duties or GST.
*If customer gives an incorrect address/zip code or reroutes a package from its original destination,
customer assumes the Fedex charge or any other charges incurred for the correction and agrees
that Between Friends Too may charge this fee to the customers credit card
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged for Washington residents at a 8.4% rate unless
Between Friends Too has a valid sales tax ID number on file.
Damage Claims
Inspect all packages at time of receiving order. All damaged, defective
or missing item claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery of package.
After that time, the customer accepts all responsibility and will not hold
Between Friends Too liable.
If package is shipped Fedex report damage immediately to Fedex. If US Postal Service report
damage immediately to US Postal Service.
Disclaimer
Between Friends Too will not be held responsible for any misuse of their
products. Any injury resulting in the use of Between Friends Too products
will be solely the responsibility of the customer and said customer releases
Between Friends Too and their owner of any and all responsibility in the
case of injury.
While we do our best to offer you only the highest quality products, Between
Friends Too does not guarantee that any natural product will be consistent
from one batch to another. These are natural products, no additives or dilution
has been used in them. Between Friends Too is not responsible for any variations
in product. The consistency and scent of our butters, oils and salts may
very from batch to batch being refined in the most natural way possible.
We do not accept returns due to these differences.
In the event of loss or damage, Between Friends Too will only be liable
for the actual cost and/or replacement of the merchandise.
Privacy Policy
At Between Friends Too we do not now, nor
do we intend to sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease your personal information
to anyone. We believe in protecting your privacy and keeping all of your
information confidential.
